A review about human extinction

I went to see a very interesting talk here in KAUST University regarding "geologic and human time scales, can we salvage our global civilisation?", and I found this to be fascinating because it mentioned key factors to take into account as humans. It was given by Prof. Tad Patzek. I am sharing his blog here because is something we all should familiarise with, as we are really at the very verge of extinction as specie if we keep going on as now.
